It stinks the skin at first upon application but slowly over a few minutes, it soothes your delicate skin around the eyes. It does not eliminate bags under the eyes immediately but it does make the dark circles under the eyes less visible as it eliminates swelling and corrects the effect of fatigue or lack of sleep. Convenient and easy to apply.

It actually stinks at first when you apply it but after a while it does soothe the delicate skin around the eyes and you can also apply it to some parts of the face, eg. around the corner of the mouth area. Does the job.
